Note: Due to inclement weather, if AGB meeting requires postponement, it will take place on Saturday March 3rd based on venue availability. Currently weather is expected to be good and meeting will take place as planned. Thank You for your cooperation

  Agenda:

1.      Approval of the Agenda.
2.      Approval of minutes of last Annual General Body Meeting held in February 2011.
3.      Discuss/review Annual Report and un-audited statement of account for year 2011. 
4.      Election Committee report. Formal statement as to the change of administration and the Inauguration of the new President and Executive Committee for year 2012
5.      Election of a Trustee and Election Committee.
6.      Appointment of an Auditor for Year 2012
7.      Appointment of Comptroller.
8.     Any other matter brought forward with prior notice.
